- Check In Time: 2pm to 11pm
- Check Out Time: 12pm
- Minimum Check In Age: 18yrs
Government declaration requires guests to submit proof of identity at the time of check in. Passport for foreign nationals and any valid government identity with photograph and address for Indian nationals are accepted as identity proof.

Maximum Occupancy
One extra adult can be accommodated in the Suites for an extra charge. A maximum of 2 extra adults can be accommodated in the Villas for an extra charge. Extra charges applicable will vary depending on the dates of your reservation.
- 16th Jan – 15th Dec is Rupees 1000 per extra person.
- 16th Dec – 15th Jan is Rupees 2000 per extra person.

Child Policy
Guests at this location are considered children up to the age of 12 years and stay free of charge on existing bedding when accompanied by an adult. For all guests over the age of 12 years, an adult rate would apply. Maximum occupancy per Suite is 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and one child. Maximum occupancy per Villa is 6 adults and 3 children when sharing existing bedding with adults.

Cancelation
On making a booking at The Anchorage Suites and Villas, your room is guaranteed. The deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.

No Show
A room not occupied by 2300hrs on the day of check in will be deemed as a “No Show” unless prior arrangements have been made. Subject to availability, modification of bookings can be made 72hrs prior to check in.

Non-Smoking Rooms
The Anchorage Suites and Villas is a non-smoking property. We would appreciate if all guests adhere to this in the rooms.

Parking
Parking your car is complimentary and will be at your own risk. Parking space within the premises is limited. Street parking is also available.

No service animals or pets allowed at the premises.
